I booked in this hotel from 3rd May to 14th May, I must say this is a really good and comfortable hotel, rooms are very spacious, facilities are also very good, swimming pool, sauna, steam, spa are all available. The breakfast is very good too. The service from one of the waiters named Robi from Bangladesh ?? is excellent, he is very smart and hospitable. The receptionist named Saleh is very good. He knows what the customer needs. Top notch service. :) will book again.

I am confused the hotel is rated as 5 star. The hotel definitely has sanitary issues, the bed sheets are stained and smelly. The cultery in the breakfast buffet was oily with some stains on it. The building is very old and worn down even the underground parking is very tight and hard to park in. It is 5 stars but very cheap and old; I've been in hotels which were 4 stars but better than it.

I went with my family, we clearly stated when we reserved that we wanted to sit outside, but they told us that all the tables were reserved when there was no one sitting outside, their food is good, definitely not worth the price but still not bad, their desert table truth be told is delicious, the funny thing is they had a tempura section which was clearly just carrots fried and some cauliflower??!! Tasty but still who are you fooling?

Hotel is old for sure:
Pool is under maintenance
Only 1 restaurant in the hotel for all meals
I was upgraded to a suite as hotel was fully booked but the suite had lots of issues.
Noise coming from nextdoor room who were not noisy, but improper noise cancellation.

Clean and fit rooms with little problems. I'd make a recommendation and say there should be a plug by the bedside for plugging in your phone, but other than that it's a good room. Not very much nearby to go visit, but the hotel restaurant buffet is good ?
