Be careful booking there. I had a confirmed booking and they canceled on the night of my arrival I ended up looking for hotels to stay in.
They actually called me to confirm that I am coming and I did confirm and told them I’m coming and told them when, after ten minutes they called me asking for my support and understanding and told me we canceled your booking because they are overbooked! And that was at 10 pm on the night of my stay !

Over all average hotel.
Some issues about Air conditioning, water taps, shower, lights and refrigerator.
Cleaning improvement requires
Customer service is excellent.
Interaction is excellent.
Breakfast is delicious.

The Hotel is small-med size yet practical and convenient for short stay 3-4 working days max .
The location is good surrounded by a bank , fast food rest. Supermarket and book shop.
On main road but very quite .
Clean room well organized , quite environment .

This hotel in Al Ihsa branch have the most hospitable staff and most generous restaurant manager, Mr. Ahmad. Sir, thank you for offering my daughter her free meal? she enjoyed it a lot and willing to come back again. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff, always assisting from room service, to laundry to housekeeping. Reception staff was always helpful; fast internet and good facilities
