The Parkinn hotel is almost 40 kms from the Saudi International airport. An Uber or Bolt app can cost you from 90 SAR to 60 SAR. The hotel is located at a posh location known as Al-Malaz and the street name is Al Ilhsa. The hotel is in a close vicinity ~2 to 3 kms to a mall, hospital and a supermarket. Moving to hotel interiors, the rooms are really nice and cozy as far as I remember they have around 361 rooms, including suites, junior suites, smoking rooms and for people with any disabilities. The rooms are good, clean, and fitted with a carpet and a fridge. The restrooms are clean and hygienic. The staff is very courteous, helpful and willing to attend to any reasonable request. The hotel is expensive but a value for your money. It is advised to book the hotel through a app to get the benefits.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my business trip. The well-located establishment impressed me with its spacious rooms, and the super staff went above and beyond by accommodating me before the official check-in time. The overall service was impeccable, offering a seamless experience. However, it's worth noting that the swimming pool is in the shade for most of the day, and while the gym is okay, it could use some improvement. Despite these minor cons, the positive aspects make it a solid choice for business travelers seeking comfort and excellent service.

A surprising top-class hotel on value. The best part of the Park Inn is the service of the team managing the front desk, restaurant, and cafe. Shout out to Restaurant Manager- Ahmed, who goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning along with the chef managing live counter. They are expectional as compared to other hotels in Riyadh.
