I felt extremely comfortable here during a short business trip. The rooms are attractively and modernly designed. Everything is clean and tidy and the restaurant is also recommended. Rib eye steak and grilled salmon are really good ? Room 301 is just perfect ?
I will definitely come back.

I have stayed for 2 nights there and I have booked 2 rooms for my family, the rooms are good & the housekeeping staff are good.
However, the reception guys aren't helpful, and i felt they were arguing with every request.
Rooms key are useless, and whenever you go back to the room, it won't work properly, then I have to go to reception each time to activate my key.
The funny part, that I have asked for a late check-in till 2 pm, then i was out and reached the hotel at 1:25 then realized that my card has been deactivated and the reception guy wasn't allowing me to go up, until i have told him how will i get my stuff from the room?!!!!!
I have stayed in many hotels such as: mariott, IHG group (different names), Radisson blu, sheraton, and many more, i haven't seen such service before.

Exquisite hotel and feels like home! The view was great and relaxing! Security was too tight. You cannot enter any entry point without your key card with you! But it is understandable for security reasons

Very bad experience! I requested a quiet room, yet I got a room with continuous disturbing noise... that turned out to be the chiller from the rooftop. The receptionist Mohamed was also very rude instead of being apologetic and accommodating... said the night manager will call, which he never did, of course. Very bad customer experience!!! Was not able to sleep!!!

Found the standard rooms to be smaller, but overall everything was nice. Staff were extremely polite, smiling and friendly
A lot of amenities nearby this hotel, food joints and markets, pharmacy etc..
