Stayed in March 2024 with family for one night. Extremely happy with their service and facilities. Although the check-in was scheduled by 2 pm, I came by 12.15 pm and there was no issue in direct check-in. Room was all set, tidy & spacious. Staff were courteous, especially the restaurant guy at breakfast session. All these at very decent rates. Highly recommended.

I am regular customer here and always having breakfast at this hotel, the food was amazing and scrumptious,their staff from (F&B) , Abdul Razzak who is very professional and helpful. He entertained us everytime we need.

Great service, specially at the restaurant at the 6th floor. Mr Abdul Razzak Food and beverage services were just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Due to work I stayed here for 14 days and I can say that it’s one of my best stays in Riyadh. The staff are very courteous and very helpful. The food that I ordered for the room service was nice. I have a pleasant stay at this place. The work kept me busy from using the gym and swimming pool but I heard those services are also very good. It’s located in a safe place and you can walk to king abdullah park and other shops around this place. I would recommend this place for workaction or vacation also.

I stayed at Intercity Hotel for two nights and I was very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The price was reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The location was convenient for me, as I had some business meetings nearby. However, if you are looking for a more central location, you might want to consider other options. The hotel is comparativly close to the airport, but not to the main attractions of Riyadh. Overall, I would recommend Intercity Hotel for anyone looking for a good value and a pleasant stay.
