The person in charge for the house keeping is good, very nice and welcoming, the hospitality shown make us happy and hope he will upgrade/ promoted from what he is doing now.

The location and service was brilliant. I’d give a special mention to room service especially Jahangir and Ridwan who did a brilliant job for the 7-days we stayed here in Tower 2 floor 9. Thank you all for a great experience.

Lovely hotel and spacious rooms. Note 5 star rating must be considered in context of all hotels in Makkah not european or American standards. Super friendly and helpful staff from security to check-in and cleaning staff. Great location too.

We just checked out. This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and they responded in timely manner to any concerns. Our rooms were clean and the people that cleaned were polite, courteous and very respectful. The room was cleaned by Mahbub and Robel. They did a great job making the room tidy and stocked everything for us.
