Very nice location and services this hotel is offering. Housekeeping is excellent. Shazzadul Islam is a very nice guy and ensures cleanliness and making up room to its best.
Room 62207.

Asalamalaikum, this hotel was not that great. Rooms were 2509, 2521, 1023. On arrival, 1 of our 3 rooms (2 double twin, 1 queen) was not "available" until past 2 A.M despite us arriving on time for check-in. We even went on Ummrah and came back very tired, and it wasn't ready still.
Breakfast was not good / fresh unlike other hotels we've stayed. Half-board was definitely not worth the price.
Room 2509 also had a clog in the sink, that was not resolved until 2 nights later despite a couple of calls.
Otherwise, Room Service and House Keeping were great and very kind. 10/10. Location was good as well. We were still not that happy overall.

We had our breakfast at Lagenda Restaurant and there were a lot of variety in the menu to suit international taste in cuisines. Ms Leenah and Mr Hamid were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 4 nights after completed in 2023. The overall services was excellent. Mr. Frankie Islam very nice person, & Mr. Norman Salam has been keeping room no 1713 pristine clean. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others especially❤️

We stayed at 2516, its a very good experience we are going through. Cleanliness is good. Staff is very helpful and trying to fulfill every need within their range. Mr. Mehmood from house keeping is a very helpful guy and always smiling is a great habit in him. Thanks.
