It was a great stay indeed, perfect location and view, and Mr. Ammar alharbi at the front desk was outstanding. He was great in terms of visitors management and had pleasant manners. He was professional and willing to offer his services at all times, definitely one of the best!

This is like a 7 star hotel. We were very surprised when we walked in. Everything was very well made, with the stained glass, fountains, and plants. The service was very nice and quick. This is also VERY close to Haram which is the cherry on top. It is good for people who can't walk too far. The room was just amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything was easy to find. I always struggle with finding out what switch is for what light but everything was labeled and just a little click, everything turned off. It is a little expensive but everything is worth every penny. They even have a head board with buttons for everything. How to move your curtains, change your azaan and lots of other things. The breakfast was also awesome. It was all international so food for everyone from everywhere. So much variety of everything. They had fresh orange juice, sweets, coffee from all around the world, and lots of different pastries. This is a top tier hotel, and I will definitely be coming back. It is a perfect hotel with little distance walk to Haram, and it's perfect for the elderly.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. The staff is amazing and cooperative. Especially IBRAHIM Front desk supervisor is extremely understanding Truly, a really good hotel. The was great aswell.

Very prime location with excellent access to holy mosque. Very welcoming team with lovely gestures and amenities. Rooms very clean and food was marvelous. Will sure will never stay anywhere else in Makkah.

The hotel was good. Professional service and the staff are very polite and welcoming.
The only issue I had during my stay was that my bathroom had some small flies inside near the toilet. It was a bit off putting but the hotel were able to resolve it within 12 hours.
I do feel like the interior of the bedrooms needs improvement. The cupboards and bathroom tiles seem dated. I also noticed the standing shower in my room was leaking water from the outside which was a bit of an inconvenience as I had to place a towel on the floor to prevent slipping.
Overall my genuine rating would be 4/5. If they could update the internal bedroom decor and the bathroom equipment and size I would've given a 5
