The locacion is excellent.
The rooms are okay 👍 kind small but we are in Makkah where the space isn’t enough.
But the room service are poor… we went in Ramadan time and the hotel was full.

No separations in bathroom ; water spills around. Checkin service was excellent. very friendly staff ,old furniture , location is great but no car access. Rooms are very small , To return back to this hotel ; well; I would pay a little more and got me a better hotel next time. Recommend it to others ? Well, if are out of other choices , then ; maybe

The location is very convenient. The rooms are tiny. I stayed there for 5 nights. Everyday there would be noise from 9 pm till 4 am. There's seems to be some metal machining happening during Ramadan! Sleep was hard to achieve.

I had a good experience here. Generally good location and good service. I had an especially good experience with one of the room attendants, Mohs Rahat. He gave us exceptional room service and I would like to wish the best in the future with the Hotel. I would give him 5* service

The worse experience ever!!! My parents went for umrah, we booked this hotel in advance, so they won't have problems when they get there. Upon arriving, they told my parents that the booking was canceled!! We never canceled anything and even had a confirmation, but they refused to acknowledge that and then on top refused to give them a room!!! Poor service, rude people, no regards for anyone, young or old! Would NOT recommend staying here!!!
