I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience. The room service, particularly in room 51508, was excellent. The staff was prompt, attentive, and delivered service with a friendly demeanor. It enhanced the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. The cleanliness and amenities in the room were also noteworthy, contributing to a pleasant and enjoyable visit.

The hotel is close to the Gate King Fahd No. 79 which leads to Kaaba. I stayed at room 51724. The room is big and so is the bathroom, but I had to go upstairs from floor 17. It was a hassle since I had a huge luggage with me and no one helped. The staffs at the restaurant weren’t so friendly. There’s only one staff who’s very helpful. Even the manager was rather rude and got angry at the staff in front of the guests. I was wondering if it’s because I was from Southeast Asia that they’re not friendly. There’s not many variations of menu especially for breakfast, no fruits too.

Very nice location and services this hotel is offering. Housekeeping is excellent. Redwan & Jahangir is a very nice guy and ensures cleanliness and making up room to its best.

It's the closest place to Haram. There is easy access to Gate 79, Bab e Fahd. The breakfast is excellent. I loved the date cake, specifically, and the Chef, Abdul Noor, was kind enough to share the recipe. The only downside is the expense. Compared to other hotels it is pricey, but every bit worth it.

We’ve stayed in this hotel twice. It’s very nice location right in front of gate 80s. Services and Housekeeping are excellent. Motiar Rahman is a very nice guy and ensures cleanliness and making up room to its best.
