Nice hotel for a short business stay. Classic room is a bit dated but fairly well maintained and large. Breakfast, lunch, room service, and catering were all very good for a hotel.
Great gym facilities, and rental of tennis rackets (inc court) is reasonable for guests, although surface is a little tired.
Bowling alley and indoor swimming pool closed for renovation. Some areas of the hotel grounds are unused and stuck in the 90s, and it would be better removing/hiding.

The hotel in general is wonderful and the staff at the reception and at the buffet are excellent in service and welcoming guests and are always smiling and in service. The official in charge of the buffet service, Muhammad Hanif, is very courteous and helpful. Thank you to all the staff for the welcome and hospitality

Very much enjoying my stay at the Intercontinental Riyadh. The welcome is very warm and the service is excellent and supportive. A five star experience from the moment you arrive with friendly service to offer dates and coffee to the warmth and attention of the staff and manager at Al Bustan which offers an amazing choice of quality food and enjoyable dining. The lounge is an oasis of calm and the staff are eager to offer nice refreshments and friendly service. My thanks to all the staff at reception, facilities and housekeeping for an amazing job in this impressive hotel.

Visited their Al bustan restaurant for dinner. Food was top notch and service was what you expect at any 5 Star property. The head chef (Avatar Singh) was kind enough to cater our requests personally. Overall highly recommend.

I was praised of the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of the food. One staff member who has stood out in particular is Muhammad Haneef, who has been described as an amazing help by many guests. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay have been repeatedly praised. Muhammad's positive attitude and helpfulness have undoubtedly contributed to the hotel's reputation for outstanding service.
And I’ll most certainly be coming again thank you for an amazing service!
