Great location. The Club Lounge room needs to be updated and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated without warning between cold and extremely hot. The service staff at the Club lounge are extremely attentive and helpful. However, there was no one manning the reception area for the Club Lounge and the coffee machine was out of service for the last two full days of our stay. Overall is just a good hotel.

Unbelievable hotel, makes business trips feel much more like a holiday when you can come back from a long day and relax in the pool. Breakfast was really nice while meals within the hotel were also to a high standard. Highly recommend

I had a superb dining experience at Intercontinental Riyadh. The seafood was a true delight, and the sweet treats were absolutely delicious. The ambiance and service added to the overall enjoyment. A memorable night indeed!

The hotel has an old interior but stays classic. Their customer service is impeccable and exceeded my expectation. Their breakfast is on of the best breakfast in all the hotels i stayed with. They have many food choices from bread, salad, main-course and cheese. Will definitely refer this to all my friends to try.

The service is some of the best I have ever experienced and the food is second to none. It takes a long time to get to the hotel with traffic but it is well worth it. The staff in the club lounge are probably the best staff I have had the pleasure of experiencing. They were very helpful and made my 3 week stay spectacular.
