Great hotel with the WORST customer service in the world. We will NEVER be coming back. The manager is the worst and he is so stingy, as if he was paying from his pocket. He literally questioned us while we were going to eat even though our reservation included the meal. He questioned other several things we were entitled to. Terrible, Just TERRIBLE!
What good is your fancy hotel if you make your customers feel terrible?!!
Mr. Ahmad, I see you positing that generic response to everyone. Instead of being so busy copy- pasting, you can actually take some action. What a disappointment for the Holiday Inn chain of business.

We gave a training at Izdihar Ballroom, good choice with multiple halls, easy access and available parkings. Its separated from the main hotel building by a main street which has pros and cons:
Pros: available parking, quiet, reachable.
Cons: not so convenient to go there for lunch after the training (they provide a shuttle service to the main hotel though)
The hotel and the place is good and clean but everythingis outdated and looks old, variety in the main restaurant is okay and food is okay. Smiling and helpful staff.

I was so happy during my trip. It's a very nice hotel. A special mention to a guy (Helal) who works in the reception!!! What a kind and cool receptionist! I was impressed.

I visit while Business seminar. Hotel divided in two parts either side of road, having good parking space, big conference hall with stage, good sound arrangement. One thing not satisfactory is restaurant which is in another building which is either side of road you have the your car and go there.Food overall ok but not with rich variety. Overall good.
