Good hotel and great staff, very friendly and helpful but the room service is not cleaning properly and they don’t use perfumes after cleaning. The facilities are clean, but not modern as new hotels. The Reciption sofa’s are old. The TV doesn’t broadcast World Cup channels. Only have tennis court which is not many people playing it. The breakfast is good plus the service is really great because of the staff. The noise at night from the AC is very high especially when trying to lower the temperature to 24 C degrees. The hotel is 4 stars rating but they don’t provide welcoming meals like other 4 stars but it’s okay for travelers and workers but expensive compared to frequent travelers who spend a night or two. The bed size can fit a couple but not more than two person. Parking lot are okay. The overview of the building outside is amazing with so many trees ? . The stay was good and especially the pool side. I wish they have more live activities with a better atmosphere for family like having a playground ? outside or nearby the pool. This is my suggestion to put some kids section and adults section.

The breakfast was at 150 riyals, and the food selection was minimal, quality was just acceptable, some items felt stale and old. The stay is decent, just make other plans for food. The rooms have only 1 proper power socket, I luckily had an adapter. The other sockets are old and not compatible with any electronic device manufactured the past 20 years. On the plus side they allow food delivery from outside restaurants.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. First day was horrible as I got a room in east side of the hotel which was looking empty and bed, washroom was broken. However, on request hotel staff had moved me to west side which is better and all the staff members were very helpful. Overall, it was a good time in this hotel.

Check in was smooth and swift. They were gracious with my request for late checkout and accommodated my every need in that regard. Othman who worked Guest Services, I think, was a true gentleman. Went well beyond his job duties I would say to help me getting around with it being my first time in Riyadh. A great stay and the staff were tremendous especially Othman

It's a four star hotel! Its two units! 100 in one and 200 in another! Huge parking area! beautiful pleasant; Clean hotel environment! All in all I am impressed!
