The hotel is on ring road. Close to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Air conditioner is a very old system with an extremely noisy fan.
They have two buildings across the street. When you book they don’t tell you whether they will accommodate you in eastern or western building which is very inconvenient. If you stay in Eastern building you need to get out of the building and walk across the street to reach the restaurant!
The reception is very dull with poor lighting.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The staff, especially Ahmed, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Holiday Inn- Izdihar is beautiful hotel located in this area,
They have two building in same location,
Many corporate meetings and training were held in this hotel,
They are excellent in proving the service,
Incredible breakfast and lunch available in this hotel,
A wide hall for training and meetings,
I attended several trainings and meetings in this hotel and I loved the atmosphere and service provided by holiday Inn.
Recommended to stay here as this is near exit 7 and almost in heart of the city.

Good; plenty of parking easy access, nice staff and spacious. Not so good, carpets don't appear to have been cleaned since the hotel opened. The hotel is in need of an update. Lumpy soft beds.

Very bad experience on my first day. I booked this hotel because it has a gym and near this work event I’m attending. Turns out the female only has 2 hours a day from 10am-12pm!
I told them that I have a competition when I go back home and I can’t not workout and I can’t workout at 10am as I had work. They didn’t do anything. They just told me this is the rule and we cannot do anything about it. Especially this female at the reception where she wouldn’t even speak with the gym manager, nothing.
They should’ve put these details online, I wouldn’t have booked with them then! At least write that the gym is open for 2 hours for women only because adding there is a gym without this condition is a deception, and assuming women are free between 10-12 only.
I don’t mind the culture, I just mind not adding this to the website and being more open about it, because I made sure the hotel I stayed in had the gym; but unfortunately I never thought this would be it.
