The hotel itself is not too bad and some of the staff were helpful but in terms of food everything was horrible. Completely not edible since I found many hairs on my plate. Totally unsanitary.

It was a great time to drink morning coffee and snacks, and to relax and enjoyed the quiet place.
While my kid was enjoying their graduation party on the opposite side of the hotel, I was waiting there, and was a good experience with good people working there, thank you so much for being nice and welcoming starting with the security man ends with the customer service.

Hotel is very nice in almost all aspects, especially staff members are very polite and professional (they go extra mile in servicing guests, thanks to Fazildeen and other staff members for making the stay memorable). Service, rooms and facilities (like Swimming pool, Gym, etc.) are also very good. Food is great (especially the variety of food in breakfast and dinner buffets is worth experiencing). Location is slightly outside downtown on the way to Airport and is convenient for taxi usage (hopefully in future, if nearby public transport becomes operational it will be more handy). Overall, it's very pleasant experience for me and did not face any issue during my two stays of approximately 4 weeks each.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Izdihar and was impressed with the service and overall experience. The staffs were courteous and helpful at every step right from checking in to checkout.
Rooms were clean and accommodating.
I was particularly impressed by the service of the Restaurant manager Maxim, Fazil and his team Murtaza, Naina who were always willing to go an extra mile to make my dining experience enjoyable, which made me feel special.
Overall, a pleasant experience.

Generally a good hotel with many improvements to be made. I will provide my feedback below in short.
Cleanliness: clean room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the cups were not cleaned properly. I have seen the stains of coffee before I use them. That forced me to buy paper cups from a nearby store.
Soundproofing room: the room was quite. I couldn't hear a sound from outside or other rooms. That is a huge advantage. When I am at vacation, quite place is what I am looking for and they have it.
Breakfast and dinning: actually, the breakfast was good. It just needs more dishes or options. Kind of expensive too.
Room service: terrible food. I had a soup and a burger, both were disgusting.
Communication: the front desk never answered my repeating calls which forced me to go all the way to the front desk. The said the phone never renged, so maybe there was an issue with communication. It was frustrating.
Parking lot: very good parking with good spacing.
Staff: friendly staff. Helpful front desk.
