Best ever experience.....only I can say excellent....I forgot my things in room while checkout, I contacted them and they kept my things safe and handed over to me as they were ...staff was soo cooperative. Everything too good ....

The location is excellent, especially for ladies. However, the breakfast options are quite limited. The rooms and toilets are cramped, and there are only three lifts, which are consistently crowded.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, phoned reception to ask for milk and sugar , noone speaks English, called again noone finally spoke to someone, noone came, when questioned they don't provide milk or powdered milk for tea!
Small dated rooms, loud fan noise.
WiFi doesn't work!
Rude staff at reception, awful, avoid.
Only positive this is close to Haram.

Not Recommended, staff is rude and arrogant they will just through the card and tell you to khalas. Rooms are conjusted, washrooms are small. Lifts don't come on time. Only the location is good overall 3 star

The air conditioner is not cool. The four-bed room is very small. The service is very poor.
