The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near the Prophet’s mosque and that there’s a very nice Bin Dawood in the basement nearby where you can buy many good things…other than that
1. The furniture inside the rooms is very old and in sub standard condition.
2. The front desk staff is not very friendly, which is surprisingly against the common thinking of the people that the residents of Madina are very polite and respectful.
3. Nobody would come and clean your room, normally the room service staff comes and cleans the room but no such service was available here.

The worst hotel I’ve been in. Would rather sleep in a gutter. Extreme mold everywhere. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. They fought with children in the lobby because they ran away from a large moth and ridiculed the children, then promptly kicked them out. They discriminate against any and all non Arabs, and show clear bias when deciding whether to allow general behaviour. Honestly a very very awful experience with a bunch of racists.
