The location is great, especially for the price. However, they never answered their phone once during our stay, and the rooms were not the cleanest. Also, most times they didn’t have anyone at the front desk.

Hotel and its rooms are extremely unhygienic with bad smell in the lobby. Rooms have broken furniture with burnt and dirty carpets. Hygienic condition of washrooms was extremely poor. Worst experience.

The only good thing is the location. Rest is below the mark. Room was smelly, kettle was burnt, refrigerator was rusty and not working, furniture is too old. No separate switch for chargers. Even the key gets stuck

Overall its very good in terms distance, just cross the street and in a minute, you are inside the haram compound.

So far good for hajj purpose. Was in room 303 with good view of Nawabi mosque. Location is perfect. May need renovation in future. We are happy here. Alhamdulillah.
