One of the worst Hotel probably i have stayed and I have been to 70+ countries. I don't understand, how this hotel is 3-star.
1) All the pictures on different websites are from 20 years ago. Everything is super old and broken. Beds are like swings, chairs are broken, taps leaks flooding the bathrooms.
2) Rooms smells so bad because of some super old carpets that are stained everywhere. Maybe they were last changed 20 years ago.
2) Management is one of its kind. Room services never comes to clean the room or even provide towels. If you call them 5-10 times, you might get lucky they will come after 2-3 days and I am not exaggerating.

Waiting from 3:00 pm to 5:20pm to receive the room.
Room smelly.
Housekeeping team is trying their best but of course they are not enough that is the main reason for receiving the room after two hours.
Room is very old, furniture is damaged.
Bathroom is leaking, same like old grandpa’s bathroom.
Towels and linens are very clean which is the only advantage in the room.
Hotel is very near to Masjed Nabawi

Location is just a step away from the great mosque near the ladies entrance gates. The housekeeping staff is below par and bell boys are very greedy but reception staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms have carpeting which is old and furniture is old as well. But overall satisfactory

Awesome setup by this group of hoteliers, the exterior were bustling and do not reflect a five star nest.
Brilliant interior finish and excellent hospitality.

If you like back to the future you are 9n luck, the room fittings and furnishings are almost literally from when that movie was made and their age shows, Good location, pleasant staff, rooms from the 90's, what more could you want
