The rooms are not as per standard. The carpet is extremely old and full of stains. It seems to be quite an old building, hence the current state. The location is really good though and you can easily reach the mosque area in time always.

The location is very good. it's only a few steps away from Haram. The hotel building is very old, extremely dirty. The furniture are all old and scratched, they seem at least 20 years old. The carpets are very dirty and look like they were never changed, it has dark patches and strange smell. The toilets are very bad and the water and everything is dirty. There is no room service or any service at all.

I stayed here for a night instead of booked 3 nights. Hotel is in poor condition.
Housekeeping is very bad
Old furniture
Smelly room
Dim lights
Only good thing near to haram

very terrible room, old furniture, bad lighting, overall not clean.
if you are coming late call them before hand,
don't be surprised by not finding any employees or manager to check you in !!
that's what happened to me, i arrived at 12:40 am in Ramadan 1444 (checked in around 3 am)

The location of the hotels was very good but the hotel rooms were very antique and the restrooms were not clean at all. There was rust everywhere and the toilets were just not clean. I asked for a refund for the days I was not staying but they refused multiple times even after I contacted my agent. I would advise against staying here because there are better hotels for similar prices. The pictures of the hotel are also misleading. The room I got looked nothing like any of the pictures
