泰巴前大饭店

Recently stayed at Taiba Front Hotel in Madinah and was extremely disappointed. Paid SAR 2868.31 for a Standard room that was way too small, had a broken door lock, dirty carpet, uncomfortable beds and jammed cupboard. Tried to get a different room or upgrade, willing to pay extra, but was flatly refused by staff who were not only unhelpful but also rude.Checked out with an hour but refused a refund. Shockingly, this wasn't an isolated case; other guests had similar complaints. Beware before booking here!

I have a very good experience. The best part of the experience was check-in. I reached at hotel on 11:00 AM and they allow me to check-in. Thank you so much for your support. Another good experience is housekeeping. Mojahar Sekh is very kind and active person.

The location is great and that's about it. 1) horrible toxins like smell on each floor, you heybisednto it but not sure what's the reason. 2) lift's are mostly full, lucky if you get it empty. 3) breakfast spread was reasonably good and space available most of the time. 4) hot water is very intermittent in bathroom, also only 1 light working out of 4 and they don't bother to fix it. 5) room size was ok for a 4 bed room.

The rooms feels nice, comfy, but the house-keeping staff kept bothering with my privacy such as asking for converting their money, peek to my room if opened a bit and also the restaurant manager were rude when i was asking for direction or help. Even though the hotel were very near to the Nabawi Mosque the service was really terrible, not recommended.

This hotel smells like cigarettes and Sewerage. They use a lot of electronic Air Purifiers and cheap perfumes but it just add insult to injury. (These perfume spraying machines are actually great health hazards)There is no customer service since no one answers the telephone to help you with any room service issues. We had no hot water, no bathroom light (yes, no bathroom light. We used our cellphone flash for first 2 days), no clothing hooks inside the bathroom and no fresh towels. Seems like we checked into a motel 8. Actually no offense to motel 8 they are probably definitely better than this hotel. The (3) Elevators are definitely a nightmare, they are very small, suffocating and slow. We end up taking stairs up and down to avoid the rush. BTW no one make lines in Saudi for their turn so good luck getting in these elevators since everyone is going to push you aside to get in there. The only positive thing about this hotel besides we made it out well was the location to the Haram. Yes, absolutely amazing location, very near to female gate and this 1 thing trumps anything else we suffered. The only regret is that we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel with the price we paid for this dingy Shack. I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone with a family due to extremely poor hygiene condition of this hotel.
