Rooms with old and scratched furniture. Room service only available on call. Don't come to make room daily. Washroom are spacious but with old sanitory options. One weied thing was hot water in cold tap. They must have a water storage on roof top without a shelter. Sometimes water was unbearably hot. Room wifi is OK.

Poor customer service, the manager there is not helpful. Sits at the desk and stares at the monitor. During off seasons, he says hotel is fully booked. We wanted to change rooms becuase it had a really bad smell and old carpet. They should remove phones from each room, when you call to request something, it will never come up. I went to Bin Dawood to purchase all basic amenities. Only good thing, breakfast was good and it was close to haram. Rooms and customer service are really poor. Spend a little extra money, but get a different hotel.

Overall the hotel is not bad, close to the haram, and close to facilities. The food is great, breakfast and even room service even if we ordered 3 chicken kabsa and received 3 meat kabsa instead. But that wasnt an issue. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading my room, to a two rooms suite with haram view. Notice that the parking is paid, they charge 40 sar the day which is very fair for a location very close to haram. Notice that they have 3 floors parking in the hotel. Hotel rooms furniture looks very old, it's not my first time and few years ago it looks much better !! Bathroom smells bad and it wasnt clean ! Also shower wasn't working, I was staying only for a night, so it wasnt an issue too, took my shower as soon as I was back home. I didnt like that when you arrive you have to checkin first to be able to park your car. I left my family and car outside in the street, time to check-in to avoid getting a fine for parking my car there. Then come back with parking pass. The breakfast was great, but i didn't like that it's served in disposable plates ! The first time that i saw this in a hotel, maybe a bad covid19 habit !! Covid19 is gone and disposable plates remained there. But breakfast was not bad overall, no coffee, only hot water and milk (I think its powder milk). The menu include eggs, omelette, shawarma, potatoes, foul, salads, cheese, croissant, bread... etc. I'm not a big fan of foul (brans) but it taste great with cumin, olive oil and their tomatoes sauce.

The location is perfect. My room had a great view of Almasjid but the hotel is old I guess. The room was clean and comfortable but it looks old and warn out specially the bathroom was terrible . When I came it was busy and there were no parkings available
