Location is great , it is very close to the Haram. The breakfast was great and full of good variety. overall the hotel services are good but house keeping needs to improve and the rooms and bathrooms need to be updated (little outdated).

Our second year staying here. The staff is very courteous. We had a problem with our AC unit not working and they tried to fix it for days but it didn't work. They did offer to change the room and apologized several times, we opted to stay in the room as we didn't want to pack and unpack again as by that time we had one and a half day left. Aside from this, no other issue.

Its been more than once now we have been staying at Elaf Taqwa (by mistake I think in my earlier comment I wrote Taibah). The overall environment is very pleasant especially the staff of the hotel are not only friendly and smiling all the time but even ready to help immediately. This makes our stay more comfortable.

While there were a few minor issues, the hotel staff and atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with our room being spotless upon arrival. Housekeeping services were efficient, ensuring our room remained clean throughout our stay. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for. The food at the hotel was decent, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. While it may not have been the most exceptional dining experience, the meals were satisfying and met our expectations. One issue we encountered was the hardness of the beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While this was an inconvenience, it did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel. In summary, our stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable, with the friendly staff and clean environment being highlights. Although the food was just decent and the beds were hard, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall experience. We would consider returning to this hotel in the future and recommend it to others seeking a comfortable stay with a few caveats
