Wonderful, polite and helpful staff. Especially Mohamed
Adan at the reception. He was so kind and very helpful with
everyone. Also the house keepers.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would use it
in my next visit to Makkah Inshaallah.

Room is spacious and beds are comfy though the bathroom needs maintenance the sink is partially clogged and the shower cabinet leaks water.
The wifi works for 3 days only they say that's our plan provided which was the weirdest thing I've ever heard.
Breakfast buffet is sub-standard.
Booked from Booking and though I got some discount it was overpriced.
Overall, I will probably not staying there again.

Positive:
- Location is great, few minutes walk to the Haram.
- Staff are friendly
Negative:
- Food is below average.
- Housekeeping is disaster. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned although we asked the house keeping guy responsible for our room. We found in our room, multiple leftovers from previous guests such cigaret backs and cards !!!!
