Worst location Located on hill
Had booked hotel thinking elaf kinda management but New management has poor response, cards not accepted and no Wi-Fi
Difficult to move around from hotel to haram or restaurants

Receptionist have no service skills, a little smile ? from them could do good for both. Booked two rooms, got one on the 8th floor and the other on the 16th, told them in advance to give both on the same floor. So frustrating when you have family to organise, especially the lifts situation. These hotels have so many customers throughout the year, that they don't care if leave happy or sad.

The room service was not avaiable at night we came all the way after performing umrah and stayed hungry till morning. I went to get coffee in the morning in the lobby there was nobody. Rooms are extremly small with old washrooms. Breakfast spread was nostly stale. i wonder who gave this hotel 5 star it is teo star hotel. Not worth it we paid a lot of money... very bad hotel

The location is amazing, the size of rooms is good, the staff are more than nice they're so friendly and helpful.
However the bathroom smells and the safe in the room didn't work.
