This was the best experience ever. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, there is nothing that you cant get here, even if you do not see it, they will always get whatever you need. The staff at breakfast make this possible by catering to our every whim, from the manager Thayob to Ahmad Ungklang who was our server.....they made sure all our needs were met and more. The staff at the executive lounge were all amazing as well, always there to assist. Hannah at the Honors counter always made sure that we were well taken care of. Best experience ever.?

We stayed two nights at the Conrad a few weeks ago and overall it was an okay stay. I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, all the workers at the breakfast buffet, and the housekeeping team. We loved our room, which was so clean and comfortable.
However, there were a couple negative issues that made the trip less than enjoyable. My issues are with the check-in process and also with communication. Before I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for one of two nights. When I got to the hotel, I expected to be charged only for the remaining night. However, the check-in agent charged me for the full booking. He assured me that I would get my refund from finance within 5 days for the first charge. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve sent 4 emails over the last few weeks, but no one has answered me. It is a large refund (almost $200) and it is extremely upsetting that they are ignoring me.
If these issues hadn’t happened, it would’ve been an amazing 5-star stay! Unfortunately, they kind of ruined the trip and this hotel for us.

I have no words to describe how divine this place is. It made my first trip to Makkah sensational.
The staff are friendly and proactive
The cleaning staff are top notch
The open buffet was everything you could ever want for breakfast
Room service was brilliant
A must stay
And probably one of the best hotels of stayed in IN MY LIFE

Breakfast is great, and good value.
Hotel location is fantastic.
Entrance and public areas look amazing.
Only 4 stars as some bits of the rooms / bathrooms are starting to look a little tired in places:
Stains on the wall,
Mould in the bathroom grout,
Duvet sheets ripped.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Our suite was beautiful with stunning high end finishes. Ahmed at the front desk checked us in. He was extremely welcoming and gracious. I have never seen such amazing hospitality. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely fantastic. The array of choices and different options were unbelievable, there was not a single thing your heart could wish for and was not available. Our 4 day stay was very memorable and I will always return back to Conrad Makkah.
