Everything about the stay was wonderful. The room and lobby smell amazing, I want whatever air freshener they use. The room was so spacious and the bathroom absolutely stunning. The people working are super friendly and wanting to help. Besides the accommodations the hotel is literally a 2-3 min walk from the main gate- King Fahad gate, all you have to do is cross the road and you are there! It was very convenient, and also it being attached to a mall made shopping for gifts and other items very easy. I would come and stay with them again 10/10 experience.

Outstanding service all around. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience in Makkah was truly delightful. Staff were consistently attentive, always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay feel more welcoming and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review. My stay for five days at this hotel has been exceptional. The room and bathroom is very spacious. Being a Hilton Diamond member my stay in room 1802 has been very comfortable. A big thank you goes out to Zahid the cleaning staff for my room. He has went out his way to make our stay awesome. He is very efficient and does his duty with compassion and dedication.
I have extended my stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. I used the executive lounge and was attended to by Mr Yasser Ahmed. He deserves a special mention as he goes out of way to ensure guests are well catered for. It is exemplary staff like these that make me want to come back. Thank you for making my stay memorable

I stayed here during my recent visit and it was my first ever stay at Conrad. I was bit reluctant as I always stay at Hilton suites but was very impressed by the guest relations and their duty manager M Ali and also the housekeeping esp for room 1807.
M Ali the duty manager went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and most of the guests returning are loyal customers who only spoke highly of him.
Also the cleaner was very courteous and made sure every thing was immaculate.
I will definitely be returning and hoping to see Ali and his team back. Very professional and thorough.
