The rooms were not well maintained and full of dust - we had two rooms and both were consistently dusty so the hotel hasn’t maintained it cleanly.
However there are two major upsides - 1, the location is fantastic and right in front of the Haram entrance!
2- the staff is very extremely helpful and friendly. We had to take my father in a wheelchair and they were also kind with a helping hand! 5* to a few - attaching pictures with their names so that you can also give them a shout out if you see them

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location is just stellar. The views are spectacular. Great variety of foods and well presented. Mr Shaikh was very courteous and the staff was helpful and attentive. Would definitely like to stay here again

Excellent service, they have gone above and beyond. Rooms are a bit old but still very nice, location is fantastic, probably the closest to the Mosque that you can get. But it’s worth mentioning the service twice, it’s been that good. Moataz at the breakfast has been great, the manager Saad and the whole reception team. Strongly recommend this hotel

Everything in the hotel is perfect. Ahmad in the reception took good care of us and was very helpful. Also the rooms are spacious and clean. Lastly, Rashid Sheikh was very kind & helpful during breakfast. Thanks to everyone for making it a wonderful stay for my family.
