The property is relatively new. Location is convenient. Service is tad slow but nothing problematic. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience ever in a hotel!!! NEVER USE THIS HOTEL!??????? Imagine you ask for a fresh juice they tell you that you can eat the fruits but not drink as juice!! Who are you to decide what is good on my behalf????
NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Plenty of hotels in Riyadh that are better. The good Manager Mohammad Abdulrahman left and service went down!!!!!???????????????????????????????

The hotel is convenient especially for ppl who is coming for business not leisure having too many place as work station and you can dine in take coffee..
Also you can watch the business news along with very cheerful designs ? and colours

One of my worst experiences I ever had
Started with charging me even before arriving to the hotel and the reason that they were fully booked
It took them half an hour to understand and process payment from my business credit card and issued a refund to my card
There is no authorization they only take the whole amount which again really strange.
And for more than 15 days I didn’t get my refund.
