I recently stayed at aloft and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the overall service fell short of what one would expect from a hotel, not to mention the struggle at parkings. From my perspective, improvements are needed in both areas to enhance the guest experience.

The lobby service is the worst , I came for the pool but one operator said it was closed and another operator is letting people in the pool I didn’t understand what’s going on it but it was a very disrespectful behavior from both operators and the price to go to the pool just got a lot more expensive than it used to be and i didn’t see any additional services that was added to the new high price , this is a poorly recommended place.

Horrible experience
first of all apparently they did not know what is marriot bonvoy membership or whats the benefits of different tiers
There were no one to take the bags from the limousine i had to carry it my self at a 43 c temp
They kept me a bit on reception saying we have a booking with the points but we didnt get the points yet, until i had a problem asking them to talk to marriot its not my problem
the ac control is not actually functioning its either too cold or i have to turn it off
the ac is hitting the curtain creating an annoying noise all the time so its either to feel so cold with the annoying noice or you have to turn it off
having dont disturb in any hotels means they call if they need to reach me , however they come knocking the door as if there is no sign
internet is extremely slow , my zoom meetings use to disconnect completely and i complained many times, they first said IT will come to you , then i had to call again they said he is not available, and i had to stay 6 nights not even able to stream a video on my mobile

Worst experience ever in a hotel!!! NEVER USE THIS HOTEL!??????? Imagine you ask for a fresh juice they tell you that you can eat the fruits but not drink as juice!! Who are you to decide what is good on my behalf????
NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Plenty of hotels in Riyadh that are better. The good Manager Mohammad Abdulrahman left and service went down!!!!!???????????????????????????????

One of my worst experiences I ever had
Started with charging me even before arriving to the hotel and the reason that they were fully booked
It took them half an hour to understand and process payment from my business credit card and issued a refund to my card
There is no authorization they only take the whole amount which again really strange.
And for more than 15 days I didn’t get my refund.
