O read a lot of reviews about that hotel .. but my experience was really good … from the price in the hottest time of Ramadan .. receptionist cooperation and very friendly attitude specially Mr abdelsamad .. he was very very helpful in through my stay .. any problem he just fix by himself
Also Samir very friendly and helpful guy
The room has nice view and clean
The location is really perfect near haram 1 min
The food is accepted but not a lot of variation
Overall experience was really good

The hotel’s location is amazing it’s literally overlooking the haram. The service was good and the staff there is very helpful. They upgraded the room for me to a better one because I had a problem. I would recommend this hotel if you want a hotel with a reasonable price very close to haram

Rooms are good, clean and with all facilities needed. Walking distance to Haram and excellent haram views from room. Service is excellent with cleaning done everyday. Food selection is good and very reasonably priced.

This hotel is right next to masjid Al Nabawi literally right in front of an entrance. Very beautiful and exceptional service. Whenever something needs to fixed or done they get it done right away and are very kind people. 10/10!! honestly I recommend and the staff are amazing.

For the price, the location is a 4 minute walk from Masjid Nabwi on the side where the musuem is/the Green dome is. Rooms are small but clean and great functioning/clean washrooms and hot water. Found staying here super convenient.
