Taiba Front Hotel

In a very convenient location, just outside of the mosque gate no 330. We arrived around 3am, Check in & out was quick, hassle free. receptionists speak English. All Staffs were very helpful. Bed, pillows are clean & comfortable, they should wipe the tables phone, remotes etc. dust was visible. bathroom are clean & specious. provided amenities- Shampoo, shower gel, soap, lotion, dental kit, shaving kit etc. Tea, coffee, bottle waters were provided as well. Only one USB outlet in the room, more would be better for non Asian travelers. breakfast was included, varieties of hot & cold dishes, very good breakfast. Thanks to all staffs, they are very accommodating!

One of the worst service I have recieved. Ac not working in 44 degrees heat,after complaining forn12 hrs I was told to get out if I'm not happy. They changed the room but the room shower not working,they wouldn't clean rooms properly,toilet seat not ok,toilet door not locking.after complaining they still dint come to fix. Wifi is pathetic. Pathetic.

It opens right in front of masjid nabvi, less than a 1 minute walk to masjid from hotel entrance. Clean and tidy rooms, staff is super cooperative and friendly. There were serious issues with the hotel WiFi. It just doesn't connect most of the time. It keeps giving "cannot get ip address" error, and hotel reception had no idea what's going on! Bathrooms don't have exhaust, so the smell remains in for some time. Elevators are very busy, which are also used for transport services, so during prayer times, it takes forever to board one! The experience is like a 3-star hotel.

** THIS IS NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL** 1. Elevator are slow, only 2 works out of 3. Takes you 30-40 minutes to get to ground floor. If you want to pray you have to leave one hour early because elevator will have you spend all your time there waiting. 2. Almost everything broken inside the room or don’t work at all. A/C Don’t work at all, wifi don’t even connect most of time. 3. Room service staff are nice specially Mohammed rasel. Very helpful and always do his best. 4. People at reception is not good, if you ask them something, they will say okay help is coming but help never comes. 5. Booked all rooms together but was give 6 different room on 6 different floor Overall, do not book this hotel, you will regret it. I would not recommend anyone.
