** THIS IS NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL** 1. Elevator are slow, only 2 works out of 3. Takes you 30-40 minutes to get to ground floor. If you want to pray you have to leave one hour early because elevator will have you spend all your time there waiting. 2. Almost everything broken inside the room or don’t work at all. A/C Don’t work at all, wifi don’t even connect most of time. 3. Room service staff are nice specially Mohammed rasel. Very helpful and always do his best. 4. People at reception is not good, if you ask them something, they will say okay help is coming but help never comes. 5. Booked all rooms together but was give 6 different room on 6 different floor Overall, do not book this hotel, you will regret it. I would not recommend anyone.

Ideal location in front of women gate. Rooms are clean. Breakfast area is also spacious. They do need more lifts. The building has a mall also for small shopping.

Great convenience to the Masjid Nabawi and beautiful hotel. Some problems with lifts as not enough lifts for guests so usually a 5-10 minute wait around salaah time but otherwise perfect hotel, clean, convenient and lots of eateries in the vicinity. Beautiful view of the whole masjid uninterrupted view of the dome from the Haram view rooms.
