Robashiは、リヤドのヒッティンにあるThe Canopyにオープンした新しい日本感覚のダイニング体験です。炉端の才能豊かなシェフが卓越したスキルと情熱を融合させて料理の宝を生み出す体験をすることができます。どの料理も芸術品のように丁寧に作られています。レストランは 2 つのフロアに分かれており、優れたインテリア デザインが施されており、上の階にはリヤドのスカイラインの素晴らしい景色を望むバルコニーが付いています。
Romataはヒッティンのザ・キャノピーに位置し、日本料理を専門とする高級ダイニング体験を提供しています。レストランはエレガントなインテリアデザインで、2階建ての会場とテラス席があり、専用のドリンクバーがあり、リヤドの気候に合わせてエアコンが完備されています。シェフが料理を作る様子が見えるオープンキッチンや、バーテンダーがお飲み物を用意するドリンクバーテーブルもあります。
炉ばたは、テーブルの真ん中に料理をシェアして家族で楽しむシェアリングコンセプトを持っています。メニューには、ポップコーンチキン、枝豆、巻き巻き、寿司、刺身、串焼き、和牛など、幅広い美味しい日本料理やグリルが揃っています。爽やかなモクテル、コーヒー、本格的な抹茶、デザートも豊富に取り揃えています。この高級レストランは、リヤドのヒッティンに新しくオープンしたショッピングセンター、ザ・キャノピー内にあります。

To be fully honest, one of the best restaurant i ever been in Riyadh. The food was just amazing, very tasty. But the service was the best, i was literally impressed!

Highly recommended! The food was great, and the service was excellent. The outdoor seating was especially enjoyable during winter, with ample heaters provided for every table, making it very comfortable. I found navigating the menu via the QR code to be effortless and intuitive. Looking forward to another visit soon!

The service is TOP, very attentive!
The outside terrace on top is a beautiful place for dining.

Exemplary dining encounter. Friendly employees, cozy seating, opulent decor, and top-notch gourmet cuisine.
The Grilled Edamame as an appetizer introduced a novel flavor profile to my palate, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Miso Braised Lamb stole the spotlight during the evening, offering a taste unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The combination of tender meat and delectable sauce was a work of culinary art that left me craving for more. Additionally, the Chicken Katsu was excellent. To conclude, we indulged in the visually appealing and artistic "Grilled Banana Cake" dessert.
Please note that the portion sizes of the dishes are small and not ideal for sharing.

Business lunch
Popped in for lunch and we were recommended the business lunch - the price was explained 250sar Per person with a selection of dishes.
We had some spiced edamame to snack which was just okay (Not included).
Starters were good. Although the potato salad was deep fried and extra crunchy. The salmon was delicious esp the sauce. The tuna crispy rice - the tuna was delicious but the crispy rice base was rock solid. The prawn gyoza was very tasty.
Mains pepper chicken and black cod which were both delicious but to my surprise they came alone with no sides. So just the actual protein itself which I found very disappointing. I assumed it came with sides and it wasn't explained to us it would come alone. Hence the drop in star rating.
The apple pie was delicious! unfortunately cold. The sauce with it was lovely and so was the ice cream.
Overall the tasting menu was good. Service was excellent and so was the initially welcoming when we arrived.
