Robashiは、リヤドのヒッティンにあるThe Canopyにオープンした新しい日本感覚のダイニング体験です。炉端の才能豊かなシェフが卓越したスキルと情熱を融合させて料理の宝を生み出す体験をすることができます。どの料理も芸術品のように丁寧に作られています。レストランは 2 つのフロアに分かれており、優れたインテリア デザインが施されており、上の階にはリヤドのスカイラインの素晴らしい景色を望むバルコニーが付いています。
Romataはヒッティンのザ・キャノピーに位置し、日本料理を専門とする高級ダイニング体験を提供しています。レストランはエレガントなインテリアデザインで、2階建ての会場とテラス席があり、専用のドリンクバーがあり、リヤドの気候に合わせてエアコンが完備されています。シェフが料理を作る様子が見えるオープンキッチンや、バーテンダーがお飲み物を用意するドリンクバーテーブルもあります。
炉ばたは、テーブルの真ん中に料理をシェアして家族で楽しむシェアリングコンセプトを持っています。メニューには、ポップコーンチキン、枝豆、巻き巻き、寿司、刺身、串焼き、和牛など、幅広い美味しい日本料理やグリルが揃っています。爽やかなモクテル、コーヒー、本格的な抹茶、デザートも豊富に取り揃えています。この高級レストランは、リヤドのヒッティンに新しくオープンしたショッピングセンター、ザ・キャノピー内にあります。

It had a great atmosphere. We liked the crispy aubergine and the lamb Tsukune. The sushi was average, and the beef short ribs were good.

Very nice elegant restaurant, located on the new Cannoby center on the northern ring road.
I was sitting on the roof with very nice atmosphere and life DJ.
Food is very delicious portions are relatively small.

I was invited to Robata, and it was first time visiting this nice restaurant.
I love the atmosphere as our table was outside in the terrace ???????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
For Service I will give five stars also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the crew are professional and friendly
For food is delicious and almost the dishes return empty ????????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice ambiance but a bit too dark. Amazing service. King Crab salad very good but not much crab probably due to relatively low price.
Prawn Portobello Gyoza unique & delicious. Also the Prawn Crispy Filo and Crispy Aubergine also unique. Tenderloin Kushi & Chicken Kushi good. Black Angus tenderloin average: was overcooked and dry (we ordered medium, it came medium well). Grilled Pepper Chicken flavorful. Amazing Chocolate Madagascan Fondue!
