マシャレフラウンジは壮大なラウンジです。スタッフはとても親切で親切です。内装はシンプルでエレガント。雰囲気は素晴らしく、穏やかです。シッティングエリアは快適です。ラウンジは清潔で整頓されています。ラウンジでは軽食、美味しいデザートをご用意しています。ラテ、ホットチョコレート、アイスチョコレートピスタチオラテなどの特製ホット＆コールドドリンク。ピザ、ハンバーガー、チキンストリップなどがあります。マシャレフラウンジは、マッカの1階にあるSwissotel Almaqam内にあります。

The best hotel we have stayed by far. Service is top notch and prompt. Looked after all our needs. They Made sure they met all our needs and made us comfortable. Buffet had a nice spread of menu.

Check in is horrible however post 2 hours things got sorted out and we were checked in like 3am in morning. It was painful and Staff is not very accommodating. However post checking in the hotel is good in terms of housekeeping, restaurant and their upkeep. If only the reception can improve things would have been far better. The rating for reception is not even 1 but for the rest of the staff I would rate them 4

For the beautiful welcome, her manners, respect and professionalism in the reception and the speed of entry. She gave me a room with a very beautiful view on a high floor.
And the cleanliness of the room is very excellent and has full services. The hotel really deserves 5 stars

I stayed here during a recent trip. The hotel is nice, close to Haram and you have access to multiple dining options in the food court.
rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.
However the concierge service is below par! We waited for an hour for someone to take our luggage downstairs at the time of checkout. Despite repeated assurances from the concierge desk nobody came and finally we had to take our luggage down ourselves. Hence i am giving it 3 stars!

This hotel location is one of the best. The view is breathtaking and faces the Kaaba. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. Staff and housekeeping are friendly, speak English and willing to assist. Special thanks to Mohaisen Al Ameeri (محيسن العميري) at the reception for his great help and professionalism, we requested a late check-out and he offered without any hesitation.
