I recently dined at Atiaf, nestled in the iconic clock tower of Makkah, and it was an experience that truly stood out, not just for its delightful culinary offerings but for the exceptional service. The ambiance of Atiaf provides a perfect backdrop for a memorable meal, blending elegance with a welcoming feel.
What really set Atiaf apart was the remarkable attention to detail and genuine warmth from the staff, especially the manager, Majed, and a standout team member, Khairul. Majed's leadership clearly shines through in the way the team interacts with guests, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and personal. Khairul, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect, showcasing a level of hospitality that is truly commendable.
While the entire meal was delightful, the attentive service from Majed and Khairul made our visit unforgettable. It's not every day you encounter such a harmonious blend of exquisite dining and heartfelt hospitality. Atiaf is a gem in Makkah's culinary scene, and it's the people like Majed and Khairul that elevate the dining experience to a whole new level.

We visited Atyaf restaurant during a family trip to Makkah, and it was truly exceptional. The staff were friendly and professional, anticipating our needs. The food was delicious, with an awe inspiring variety of options. Special kudos to the gentleman at the pasta station. Well worth the money. Excellent place to have a quiet dinner if in Makkah for a couple of days

Food was great but what stood out the most was the incredible service provided by Adam, he is a rare gem and an asset to the business. His welcoming smile and willingness to go above and beyond for others is admirable and we would be back here just to see him. Thank Adam

Dinner buffet is not worth it. Food is cold and is not refilled often. Service is slow.
People cut lines for the live pasta counter and there is no one to maintain any civil.
Disappointing experience overall. Would never eat here again.
