マシャレフラウンジは壮大なラウンジです。スタッフはとても親切で親切です。内装はシンプルでエレガント。雰囲気は素晴らしく、穏やかです。シッティングエリアは快適です。ラウンジは清潔で整頓されています。ラウンジでは軽食、美味しいデザートをご用意しています。ラテ、ホットチョコレート、アイスチョコレートピスタチオラテなどの特製ホット＆コールドドリンク。ピザ、ハンバーガー、チキンストリップなどがあります。マシャレフラウンジは、マッカの1階にあるSwissotel Almaqam内にあります。

We were in 3327 and 3328 from 24 July to 28 July
When we entered in hotel we were greeted by the amazing aroma like great fragrance like oud I loved that fragrance. Very beautiful and very clean. To sum it up. It was a great stay and we had a lovely time.

Ahmad Khair is great staff, he helped me a lot and showed me how to use the facilities around the hotel. I appreciate his help and he deserves 5 stars. Hotel is great and staff at the reception were great Mr. Year is amazing. Thanks to both of them.

This is a nice hotel very close to the Kaaba. A short walk of 3 min leads you to the entrance of the grand mosque. The hotel is in a big mall which opens into the courtyard leading to the grand mosque. Elevators that are common to the mall and the hotel are busy. The hotel has its own elevators that take you down to the haram which are less busy. The food is good. Fresh fruit choice is limited to only apples and oranges sometimes watermelon. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mohamed took good care of me as I worked on my laptop during breakfast. Thanks Mohamed!
Overall, It is very convenient for travelers willing to spend the extra bucks.

The staff were fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful.
They were caring and compassionate, special mention to Mr razaul bell man he ensure our stay was a comfortable one.
This is the standard of service you would expect from a five star hotel!
