Nice experience in the hotel. Rooms are very big campare to other hotels. Parking also available. For going Haram there have given a free service of shuttle every hour Haram to hotel. Over all nice experience.

Rooms are delightful and well maintained. Was disappointed with the parking. Didn't have space for parking even though I was a paying guest. Hotel has shuttle buses every hour

Location is good, and the hotel staff are willing to help.
Bedroom power outlets were not working and safebox is useless !!
Breakfast area is spacious and neat; breakfast is not expensive and therefore you get way you pay for
In general we were satisfied with the hotel. Several areas need to be improved.

Very welcoming staff.. Reasonable prices.. Good breakfast open buffet.. Unfortunately poor housekeeping services for 2 days I was requesting cleaning the room but no response at all.. Anything else was OK..

Good with price, Very big rooms compare to other hotel.
Breakfast was good, but daily similar item can bore after 3 days.
Good Haram shuttle service, bus is available every hour.
Free Parking is available but very congested, very hard to drive inside Parking.
