It was fantastic. The room was well-furnished, but the workers should have cleaned it more thoroughly! They were obviously irresponsible.
The receptionists were helpful, but the other employees were not!
Despite the fact that I gave them generous tips because it was Eid, they did not offer any assistance! I had to carry my suitcases up the stairs from the car while that worker stood there doing nothing! The room was nice, but it was dirty and lacked toiletries. I had to request it! I had to wait for an hour! When I spoke with the bald worker, he promised to bring the basic needs, but he didn't! By making a complaint against them, I got them to do their job. After that, they did. Thank you to the receptionist.
Only green tea was available, which I dislike! They gave us two sacks of sugar, which was barely enough for one cup! This isn't the Radisson I'm used to! The shampoo bottles were all empty. Why would they put empty containers there?!
That was because I had reserved a standard room, according to the boy's justification ! Shouldn't we wash our hands, take a shower, and drink tea if we book a standard room? This is dreadful. That was not mentioned in the room description! There was only one chair in a two-person room. When I requested an extra chair, the lad who delivered the soap replied, "No, you booked a standard room! You are two people, but in a standard room, we only provide one chair or none!
A good investment in the wrong hands will not last long.
