Check-in at 5.00 pm on that day, but I have to wait for 45 minute until we follow up in getting the room. Service is poorly done at the reception.
The room is really bad smell, it was located at level 21. Asking and insist for change to Hana (the receptionist) the next day and only getting the change at 630pm. Basically we are stayed at the worst smell room for a day. Finally they moved us to level 3.
When complaint to Agoda, the hotel rep saying we are satisfied and no complaint was received. Thus, the staff is not honest.
My bad for not put it in writing this report at the front desk and only mentioned verbally to the receptionist during the check-out.
My take, if anything on feedback, insist to put in report or writing immediately at the counter and get your copy as your evidence.
