Wifi is dead! in today's time, this is no comprise on that but unfortunately the internet is very very slow infact almost not working. Also our mobile data has no coverage in the room.
Rooms are small but thats how it was expected as they have to accommodate maximum ppl. Overall cleanness and design aesthetics are 10/10. Breakfast is 5 Star!

Really an amazing hotel in the heart of Makkah. Less than 7 minutes walk from Haram. You can see Haram from your room and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of varieties to fuel the day in Haram. Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Faisal from the reception and Abdelmajid for the great coffee. Overall we had an amazing short stay there

Great hotel with great location
First of all thanks to Salim the person who helped us unload our bags and take us to check in
Second as you enter you will be welcomed to Abdul majeed who will serve you cold juice dates and coffee and of course his smile and sense of humor.
And at last mushrif who cleaned our room very well 👌🏼.
Everyone in the hotel is friendly and helpful. I advise you to have dinner at the hotel, a bit pricey but very delicious.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Shaza Makkah. Everything was so beautiful and Luxurious. I loved our room (king standard) and it was so spacious! Truly a 5 star hotel. The staff is so kind and attentive. The breakfast is soooo good with so much variety. Thanks Abed for being so helpful at breakfast! Location is only about 5 min walking to the haram. Hotel is on a slight hill but not really an issue & there is A shuttle bus available for those who don’t want to walk! Thank you so much to the staff for helping make our stay so great. I will definitely return and encourage everyone I know to book here!

A very beautiful amazing georgeous hotel. It is very clean, atrractive, cooling, soothing and calm hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly helpful and well dressed. Food served are damn tasty and well presented.
House keeping are amazing specially Shamsad and his supervisor Ismail very helpful, i recommend always ❤️❤️❤️
