Stayed with my family for 5 days.
When we reached, the system of the hotel was down, and they were working offline. This created an issue, as they couldn't get the information regarding my payment. However, Ms. Awatif at reception was very helpful and tried everything to help us.
Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Haram. They also have shuttle buses running around the clock to take you to Haram.
Rooms were clean and nice.
Mr Ahad(room service) on the 7th floor was very helpful.
They've great range of breakfast in Buffet. We absolutely loved it.
Would definitely love to stay again.

Just amazing experience, clean comfortable and great staff.
Offers free shuttle to Masjid Haram and bus station and return.
Great menu for breakfast 60 SAR.
I will book again in the future.

We had stayed here for 2 nights (booked 2 rooms adjacent to each other) to perform Umrah. We had booked Quad rooms (4 beds) with city view. The rooms were neat and clean, reception and room service staff were responsive and all our needs were met immediately. The hotel is close to the Haram, it’s a bit of a walk, but the shuttle bus service is great. They pick and drop you off at regular intervals. Check in and check out were smooth. No complaints.

Terrible terrible terrible!
1- check in at 5;00 pm???? I called to adjust this ridiculous timing for a room I am paying for FULL DAY and was told I can check in early at arrival. I arrived and the room wasn’t even ready until after 5:00 pm. What kind of hotel does that and has its guests waiting in the reception for more than 3 hours to get their room?
2- I paid extra for a room with a view, and after waiting for 3 hours to get my room….the room was without any view!
3- WiFi was not working!
4- lady at the reception said I’ll get a 50% discount for parking, but at checking out they didn’t apply the discount.
5- I requested a room with 3 beds. I found 4 beds in the room leaving no space for us to move.
A real waste of money and we’ll never go there again.

Good hotel, we stayed 5 nights to extend our pilgrimage period. It is not in first cycle of Haram since we need to get free shuttled bus, or walk around 7 minutes to Haram.
Room and room view quite good, but need to be improved on service since they didn’t deliver when we need cutlary and also breakfast menu not so complete.
