Ok so after reading some reviews here. I panicked . Needless to say my opinion is going to be the most recent one. First of all what hill 😂. It’s not even that serious for older people my mom and dad made it up just fine. Just ask the concierge. After you made it to Anjum hotel you’re pretty much 5 mins away from haram regardless. So location is on point. The rooms are nice and clean. They provide bottled water and a kettle with tea/coffee cups so all you gotta do is provide the tea and etc. The staff is wonderful, helpful and very professional. Shower and water pressure good. Warm. I stayed in 919. It was better than a 3 star. Honestly will book again 😊 Also regarding food. I’m not aware. Anytime I come to Makkah I go out and try a new spot. I Never eat from the hotel because there are some fire 🔥 restaurants in this city . So I will highly recommend

The hotel is near Haram and has very respected services. The egyptian guy at the reception kitchen insisted on giving us a pack of water bottles for free.

Rooms are okay, location is nearby the holy kaaba. The main issue I have is WiFi, it's very very very bad, and they need to fix it especially that 4G is also bad in the area for some providers. When I complained, they said talk to the management and that's the network provider problem!

Very nice, clean, comfortable and big spacious room (we stayed in 204). Room was clean, shower let’s it down abit as you need to stand in the corner otherwise the water will go everywhere but it was fine. Good size comfortable beds and lots of storage space. Only thing that let it down was the reception staff males. They were very slow and not very helpful to be honest. The cleaning staff were really good. Just make sure to leave the clean room sign on your door. The location is around 10 mins from Haram, is on a steep hill but you can walk through the Anjum Hotel lobby area which is open for everyone. I would definitely stay here again

After reading reviews I chose this hotel but it was pathetic experience. This hotel is in a hilly area in order to reach haram it took us more than 30 minutes. Room service was very poor no one cleaned our room. The day we were leaving we asked receptionist to send someone to bring our bags down they didn’t send anyone we missed our taxi which was booked prior. I would never come back to this hotel.
