Vittori Palace Hotel and Residences

I was a bad experience that i had it on 24 of September it was boring and poor instead a national day it was super fantastic but the next day once I invited my hole fam i was just surprise

I would like to say that I just went down to the spa at this hotel to discuss the chances of getting a reasonably specific kind of massage and I met a lovely young man called 'LG' who was instantly professional, clear and quick to understand my needs and offered me an hour long treatment right away. I took him up on the offer and I'm so glad I did since he was communicative, thorough and skilled throughout the course of the treatment and he was able to 'chase away' all the nasty knots I'd accumulated due to poor posture and overwork.... completely refreshed and reset - I'll definitely be coming back. Top Top! Since this is a review covering or focusing on the hotel generally - I should say that I actually can't fully speak for the hotel service on its own having just checked in.... but I'm pretty unimpressed by the internet speed here... good grief! - At home I get 600 mbps - here it's 22.3 at best sometimes as low as 2. This is unacceptable for any hotel wanting to be awarded more than three stars. What's up with the bandwidth here... is this 1983 or something? I've been tethered to my mobile to try and improve things. I should also point out that the rooms are quite small and there's nowhere to work. I can't understand why a hotel of this calibre these days doesn't have a proper desk and chair... I'll just have to wreck my back again hunched over this tiny ledge sitting on a cushion at completely the wrong height... then come back to visit LG again to fix it all! Everything else looks pretty good though. I'll leave an additional review accordingly as my stay here continues.

For those who would want to do their wedding in this place. Be careful, the planner, is rude and unprofessional. She does not give the actual price and changes her words and plays around with words to drag you. The wedding hall is so tight and it is in the basement with not so much space. So not recommended if you are planning to do your wedding there. And the wedding planner needs an attitude adjustment.

Very polite receptionists, housekeepers and VIP lounge service. Also to inform the time for check out was soft and kind. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Just one thing, maybe 1014 needs to clear out the drainage for more smooth drainage. Thank you so much.

The halls are quite nice but the ceiling is quite low the internet connection was bad in the basement other than that it's lovely and luxurious
