Hotel is nice located away from the traffic but their service very poor as they don’t clean room regularly.
I stayed two days and highlighted the same to duty manager and excused that the hotel full and cannot serve all rooms.
Weak management of such great facilities

Good hotel but amateur service. Breakfast juice in paper cups. Food is ok but nothing special. Staff really need training so they can give good service. Gym staff rude. By the way.... there are not separate gym facilities... they don't allow males to use gym until 9am as for ladies only before that time. Very nice lounge area though.

The location was good for my stay plan. Room quite spacious and clean. However, I booked and paid for 3 nights but stayed for 1. Becuase I requested baby cot and was not available. So I had to request extra bed with extra cost of 150 after generous discount out of 180 ! When it came, it was broken and not to the level of the price and the hotel stars !! The floor was much more convenient ! And I asked them to take it back and cancel the request. While I checked out and canceled my other 2 nights, the receptionist didn't even cared why I did so. Nevertheless, they cut off the extra bed cost from the refund and went through a struggle to get it back !!

we used this facility for a workshop. It was nice enough that I started highly recommending it as a no.1 choice.

It's good hotel, with good and supportive staff. We were here for a training session and enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel, along with good lunch.
The only issue is it's bit complex location but it was advantage for more parking spaces
