Excellent service especially from Mr. Turki of the front desk. He was professional, friendly, and very responsive to our needs.
The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, lighting was perfect, bathroom amenities were generous, and the internet was fast.
Breakfast was excellent! It was probably the best breakfast buffet in Saudi I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing.
The hotel is very beautiful. Majestic!

The hotel is good, but in an area far from the city, but it is not worth this price. The shower in the bathroom does not work. There were repairs in the hotel and noise at the end of the night and in the morning. The alarm went off for no reason. The service is bad. It was a bad experience visiting the hotel.

Stayed in many hotel's in and out of the country and never dealt with a more disrespectful reception staff as this one, our stay was interrupted by reception calls all the time and to the last minute I sent my clothes for ironing and it came back ruined bed sheets had cuts on them one bathroom hose was not working we didn't even complain about everything because we would've been complaining the whole time.. definitely never coming back

I arrived at the hotel on the 24th of October and checked out on the 26th of October, 2023. I was given a room with a heavy cigarette smell.
There was only warm water in the shower.
There is construction leftover dirt everywhere, in the room and in the corridors. It seems nobody bothers to clean them.
I set the temperature of the airconditioner to 24C. One night I was freezing, the next night I was boiling.
The dust on the outside of the windows of the room must be ages old. You can hardly see outside.
Worst of all, after cleaning the room housekeeping left my door wide open the whole day while I was out. When I returned late in the evening, I complained and asked the camera feeds to be checked to see if anyone entered my room. They said they will check but no one called me back. Nobody bothered. Fortunately nothing was lost.
It seems the management does not care about quality of service. My advice; do not stay there.
Two stars is for the breakfast and some of the staff who were kind (excluding the reception).

This the worst hotel we have experienced.
There is no one in reception to attend us and no customer service answering calls.
The room boys are not five star standard , while cleaning they ask for numbers and social networks site .
