Marvellous Location with emotionally spiritual view of the Haram and Green Dome- especially sitting, everyday, in the Starbucks cafe, with amazing hospitality from Hakim. He really made the stay worth it. All The front desk were also excellent and always attended to our requests promptly.

Check in was a little disappointing as the staff were not at all welcoming. The rest of the stay was amazing. Cleaning staff and waiters were really great to deal with. It is very close to the haram. Breakfast, lunch and supper was really great. Amazing selection at the buffet. You will save a lot of time eating at the hotel instead of queuing at fast food restaurants or restaurants in the mall. The rooms were not exactly 5 star but on a whole a really awesome place. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

It falls short of my expectations, despite being a "five-star" hotel. The water pressure in the toilet is low, and one of the sinks is broken. The food is acceptable but not impressive, and there are only a few options available.
The housekeeping staff is unquestionably suspicious. He entered our room without our permission, despite the fact that we had displayed a "do not disturb" sign.
This will undoubtedly be my first and last stay here.

Our stay at the Taiba Madinah Hotel was great Alhamdullilah! The staff were really nice. Rooms were clean and Mohammed Mahdi and the team were very helpful. Mahdi's customer service was really good and professional, always helpful whenever we had any queries and most importantly he is respectful person mashallah. Alhamdullilah, overall a very good stay :)
