Staff so rude, ask a question and they dint reply just carrying in with their own work. Have a coffee machine in the room, but dosent come with any coffee beans or filled up at all. Elevators take 20 minutes to get down from floor 4 to ground floor bearing in mind there's 14 floors only. Staff don't answer the phone when calling customer service. Staff always on phone when waiting to talk to in reception.

The location is perfect. You're minutes away from the masjid and in between both the men and women's side which was great. The Service was also really great. Saraa helped us and she was so kind. Our family has booked two rooms as we're A bigger family and she upgraded us to a suite so that we can be close to each other. On top of that, she checked up on us to make sure everything is good and when we were having some issues, the staff came and helped right away. This place is definitely worth the stay.

We stayed here for 1 night.
The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s very near for the ladies entrance (3 minutes walk). There is also Bin Dawood Supermarket (1 minute walk) just across the hotel.
The breakfast is good and have a decent range of varieties.
One thing that stood out was, hotel staff. It was one of the best, making sure that the customers have a decent stay and they were quick to attend the issues. Another thing, there was a personal letter signed by the hotel manager, which was a nice touch.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again. ????

We paid for 4 bedrooms but they gave 2 bedroom and added 2 extra bed. Room service very poor they don't even care about cleaning or providing services.
There is no voice for Azaan or anything coming from masjid al Nabawi.
Therefore, at breakfast, there are no plates no one to assist in filling. Only the receptionist at breakfast was doing everything's.

Undoubtedly, the hotel's location was its strongest point. It's situated in a prime area with easy access to Haram. Unfortunately, the service didn't meet the expectations associated with a 5-star establishment. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Requests often took an uncomfortably long time to be fulfilled, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness. The dining experience was a letdown. The quality and taste of the food were subpar. Dishes lacked flavor and creativity, and it was disappointing to see such limited options on the menu. The room was comfortable, but it lacked some of the finer details you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. The bed was decent, but the furniture seemed a bit outdated, and the lighting was inadequate.
